CORE CYCLE SPIN

This indoor cycling class is designed for people who want to Show Up, put in the work and leave ready to CRUSH their day.
TRX, BANDS & EQUIPMENT CIRCUIT

This high-energy, all-levels TRX and resistance band circuit class is designed to build endurance, strength, and stability through dynamic, full-body movement. You’ll move through a series of exercises that challenge your muscles, core, and balance, keeping your energy high and your body engaged. By combining suspension training (TRX) and resistance bands, this class improves muscular strength, flexibility, and coordination while offering scalable intensity for every fitness level. MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates demonstrates that your body alone is a powerful tool for fitness—no equipment needed. Using just your body weight and gravity, this class will tone, strengthen, and lengthen your entire body. Unlike traditional workouts that isolate individual muscles, Pilates matwork focuses on full-body integration, improving alignment, efficiency, and balance. Through controlled movements, we’ll create space in the joints, lengthen muscles, and retrain your body to move with strength and ease
MAT PILATES & MIXED EQUIPMENT

This dynamic Pilates class blends mat-based movements with a variety of equipment—including resistance bands, stability balls, and light weights—to enhance strength, flexibility, and control. Whether you’re looking to improve core stability, increase mobility, or refine your posture, this class offers a balanced mix of challenge and support. Perfect for all levels, Mat Pilates & Mixed Equipment will leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized from head to toe.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT

In this Strength Training class, clients can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength, and get toned. Strength Training also contributes to improving bone density, promoting a leaner body mass, and increasing the strength of connective tissue, muscles and tendons. Come in and build with us muscular strength and endurance.
INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING

Whether you're new to strength training or looking for a supportive environment to maintain your fitness, this class will help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life! Build strength, improve bone density and stability, boost confidence in this full-body strength training class designed specifically for anyone who wants to start up, stay strong, and build strength. Using a mix of weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, we'll focus on strength, balance, and mobility - all at a pace that feels right for you.
HEAVY STRENGTH

In this Strength Training class we lift HEAVY! Prior Strength Training is a must. Clients can expect to use equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength with our primary BIG 6 Key strength training lifts. We get Strong here. Strength Training also contributes to improving bone density, promoting a leaner body mass, and increasing the strength of connective tissue, muscles and tendons. STRONG & SWEATY

This high-energy class blends strength training and cardio conditioning into one powerful full-body workout designed to keep you challenged, progressing, and coming back for more. Using a mix of interval rides on the bike and purposeful strength work, each class is programmed differently—some days may be split evenly between ride and strength, while others may rotate through multiple rounds of lifting paired with focused cardio intervals. No two classes feel exactly the same, but every workout is designed with intention. Expect a motivating, athletic atmosphere that builds strength, endurance, power, and overall conditioning—while keeping your body moving, challenged, and engaged from start to finish. We finish with guided mobility and stretching work to help you recover, reset, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in. All levels welcome. Come ready to work, sweat, and surprise yourself.
CLASSIC REFORMER

Classic Reformer is a group class. Experience the foundations of Pilates in this Classic Pilates Reformer group class. Using the reformer’s spring-based resistance, you’ll work through a series of controlled, flowing movements designed to strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize your entire body. This class focuses on core engagement, alignment, and breath control, helping you build strength, flexibility, and balance while improving posture and body awareness. Perfect for all levels, this class stays true to the traditional Pilates method, providing a low-impact yet highly effective workout that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. Each class builds upon the last, progressively enhancing your strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Over several weeks, you’ll develop the confidence and skills needed to transition into our group Reformer classes. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning after a hiatus, this is the perfect opportunity to refresh your practice in a supportive environment. All are welcome to participate.

Reformer Flow is a dynamic, full-body Pilates class that combines fluid movement, core strength and flexibility using the Pilates reformer.
