KATHLEEN GRIBBIN
Over 20 years ago, during a very dark time in my life, I found Pilates. Or Pilates found me? In a 45 minute session, it was my strength, my stretch and my therapy. I continued practicing the Method and eventually evolved into a teacher. Completing my training, level 1-4, on all pieces of equipment and multiple mat certifications, it was what I was supposed to do. The years have brought me down many different paths, but I always find my way back to this one. Come and feel the magic of this technique. With experience and thousands of teaching hours, I’m here for you. It’s not just a workout, it’s a lifestyle.

JENNY LEYTON
I’m a certified personal trainer and spin instructor with a lifelong passion for movement, athletic performance, and helping others feel strong in their bodies. Born and raised in Eastham on Cape Cod, I grew up surfing, exploring the outdoors, and competing in sports—including basketball, soccer, and track—at Nauset Regional High School. After graduation, I returned to coach the Nauset Girls’ JV Basketball team for three seasons, which helped shape my commitment to leadership and fitness education. I earned my degree in Recreation and Program Management from the University of New Hampshire, where I developed a deep appreciation for strength training and functional movement. That foundation inspired my path into personal training, where I specialize in creating dynamic, results-driven programs tailored to each client’s goals—whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, or enhancing overall athleticism. My approach to training is grounded in balance, resilience, and empowerment. I believe fitness should support an active, fulfilling lifestyle—whether that means surfing, snowboarding, traveling, or simply feeling strong and confident every day.

JOE GALLI
Joe is a year-around resident of Truro having settled in the outer cape in 2020. Though new to instructional fitness, Joe has been an avid road cyclist his entire life. He was a team member of cycling clubs in New York and Maine. As well, Joe is an adventure traveler and hiker and has worn through many pairs of hiking shoes with major summits in North America, Africa, Asia, and South America. Early in his career, Joe found exercise as a release from all the pressures of high stress corporate jobs. This has turned into a passion of helping others lead a physically active life and to enjoy the resulting benefits. In 2019, he graduated from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in NY and received a certification as a Nutritional and Health Coach. Joe’s philosophy of ‘keeping the body moving’ for a ‘balanced you’ involves good nutrition, plenty of rest and functional strength workouts with TRX, kettlebells, and yoga. In his downtime, Joe enjoys his other passions of cooking, gardening, traveling and spending lazy days with his French-Canadian best friend and life partner Alex.
